Kyle Connor scored the winning goal 33 seconds into overtime as the visiting Winnipeg Jets edged the Chicago Blackhawks 4-3 on Tuesday night.

Connor redirected a Mark Scheifele feed past Spencer Knight for his 34th goal of the season.

Josh Morrissey and Connor each had a goal and an assist, and Cole Perfetti and Isak Rosen also scored for the Jets (32-30-12, 76 points), who have won four of five and are 4-2-2 in their past eight.

Scheifele had three assists in the win. Connor Hellebuyck made 18 saves to improve to 23-8-1 against the Blackhawks — his highest win total against any franchise.

Scheifele has nine points over his last three games (three goals, six assists). Connor has registered points in five straight games (three goals, four assists).

Tyler Bertuzzi scored twice and Anton Frondell had the other tally for the Blackhawks (27-34-14, 68 points), who have dropped four straight (0-3-1).

Ilya Mikheyev and Louis Crevier added two assists each, while Knight finished with 20 saves.

Bertuzzi tied it 3-3 at 9:46 of the third period, one-timing a Mikheyev feed past Hellebuyck.

Winnipeg outshot Chicago 15-2 in the second period and led 3-2 heading into the third.

Morrissey tied it 1-1 at 1:06 of the middle frame, skating off the blue line and beating Knight with a backhander. The goal extended the defenseman’s point streak to five games (one goal, five assists).

The Jets scored twice in a 38-second span to open a 3-1 lead.

Winnipeg took its first lead of the night on a power play at 11:19 of the second as Perfetti finished off a 2-on-1 feed from Alex Iafallo.

Rosen gave the Jets a two-goal cushion, banging home the rebound off Danil Zhilkin’s shot at 11:57.

The Blackhawks pulled within 3-2 when Bertuzzi beat Hellebuyck with a spinning backhand shot at 13:26 of the middle frame.

Chicago opened the scoring 4:42 into the first as Frondell one-timed a Mikheyev feed for his first career NHL goal. The 18-year-old center has five points (one goal, four assists) through his first five games.
