Michael Harris II homered, doubled and drove in three runs, Ronald Acuna Jr. added three hits and three runs, and the host Atlanta Braves beat the Colorado Rockies 6-4 on Friday.

Mauricio Dubon and Sean Murphy each had two hits and an RBI to back five solid innings by Atlanta starter Grant Holmes (9-5). The right-hander allowed three runs on eight hits and a walk while striking out three for the Braves, who have won five in a row.

Raisel Iglesias got the final three outs for his 29th save.

Hunter Goodman had three hits and an RBI while Zac Veen and Mickey Moniak had two hits apiece for Colorado, which fell to 2-3 on its seven-game road trip.

The Braves jumped ahead in the second inning against Rockies starter Tomoyuki Sugano. Acuna drew a leadoff walk, and Harris followed with a run-scoring double. Harris moved to third on a flyout, and after Mike Yastrzemski struck out, Murphy delivered an RBI double. Sugano hit Ha-Seong Kim with a pitch before Baldwin singled up the middle, driving in Murphy to make it 3-0.

Acuna scored on Dubon’s single in the third to make it 4-0 before Colorado mounted a rally in the fifth. Veen led off with a single, went to third on Ezequiel Tovar’s single and scored on Jake McCarthy’s sacrifice fly. Cole Carrigg and Goodman singled, with the latter hit bringing home Tovar, and Carrigg scored on TJ Rumfield’s groundout.

Atlanta responded in the bottom of the frame when Acuna doubled and Harris homered to right, his 22nd of the season. Sugano (12-8) then gave up a single to Dubon before leaving the game. He allowed six runs on 10 hits over four-plus innings, with one walk and four strikeouts.

It was the third consecutive start in which Sugano allowed at least five runs.

The Rockies loaded the bases with one out in the seventh, and McCarthy scored on Willi Castro’s sacrifice fly, cutting the deficit to two.

Goodman led off the ninth with an infield single, but Rumfield grounded into a double play and Castro lined out to second to end the game.
