Addison Barger hit an RBI single with two outs in the 11th inning and the Toronto Blue Jays defeated the visiting Los Angeles Angels 4-3 on Saturday afternoon.

Barger’s single to right against Ryan Zeferjahn (5-3) scored automatic runner Myles Straw, who reached third on a bunt single by Nathan Lukes and gave the Blue Jays their seventh straight win. Vladimir Guerrero Jr. had been intentionally walked with one out to load the bases.

Toronto has won the first two games of the three-game series, both in extra innings.

George Springer hit a two-run home run for Toronto.

The Angels scored once in the first against Max Scherzer. Zach Neto was hit by a pitch, Mike Trout singled to left and Taylor Ward’s infield single to shortstop loaded the bases. Jo Adell walked, forcing in a run. The inning ended when right fielder Barger threw out Trout at home on Jorge Soler’s flyout.

Toronto tied the game in the home first against Jack Kochanowicz on singles by Lukes, Guerrero and Barger.

Los Angeles scored in the third. Neto singled, Trout and Ward walked and Adell hit a sacrifice fly to right.

Toronto took the lead in the bottom of the inning. Lukes walked and Springer homered to center on a sinker down the middle.

Nick Sandlin replaced Scherzer, who allowed two runs, five hits and three walks with four strikeouts in four innings.

Connor Brogdon replaced Kochanowicz in the sixth after a one-out walk to Alejandro Kirk. Kochanowicz allowed three runs, six hits and two walks with one strikeout.

The Angels tied the game in the seventh against Lazaro Estrada, making his major league debut. Luis Rengifo led off with a single, was sacrificed to second by Chad Stevens, took third on a groundout and scored on Nolan Schanuel’s single to right.

Estrada pitched four innings, allowing one run and two hits with four strikeouts.

Toronto’s Braydon Fisher (3-0) pitched the 10th and 11th, allowing two walks (one intentional).
