The Atlanta Braves placed left-handed reliever A.J. Minter on the 15-day injured list Monday with left hip inflammation.
Minter spent more than a month on the IL in late May and into June with the same injury.
In a corresponding move, the Braves recalled left-hander Dylan Lee from Triple-A Gwinnett.
Minter, 30, is 5-4 with a 2.62 ERA and one save in 39 appearances out of the bullpen this season.
He is 24-29 with a 3.28 ERA and 36 saves in 384 games (no starts) since making his debut with Atlanta in 2017.
Lee was sent to Gwinnett just eight days ago to make room for left-hander Max Fried, who was coming back from a stint on the 15-day IL. Lee pitched three innings in two games for the Stripers, striking out four while allowing just one hit and no runs.
Lee, 30, is 3-2 with a 2.00 ERA in 35 appearances out of the bullpen for the Braves this season.
