Josh Naylor hit a walk-off grand slam with one out in the 11th inning and the Arizona Diamondbacks recovered from a blown lead in the ninth for an 8-4 victory over the Seattle Mariners in Phoenix on Monday.

Ketel Marte was intentionally walked with one out in the 11th and Geraldo Perdomo walked to load the bases off Carlos Vargas (1-5) before Naylor’s third hit of the game helped the D-backs break a three-game losing streak.

Arizona appeared in complete control entering the ninth before the Mariners scored four runs with two outs to tie it at 4.

Donovan Solano and Cole Young had RBI singles off Jeff Brigham, who entered with two outs and a runner on first after D-backs closer Justin Martinez was removed after suffering an apparent injury on a 1-0 pitch to Solano.

Dominic Canzone, recalled from Triple-A Tacoma earlier in the day, hit a 3-2 pitch for a 450-foot, two-run homer to tie the game.

Jalen Beeks (2-0) pitched the 11th for the victory.

Corbin Carroll homered on the first pitch in the last of the first inning for his 19th homer and Merrill Kelly pitched six scoreless innings to extend his streak of scoreless innings to 15.

Ketel Marte extended his on-base streak to 22 games with an RBI single in the fifth for a 2-0 lead, and Naylor and Lourdes Gurriel Jr. had run-scoring hits in a two-run seventh to make it 4-0.

Young, Randy Arozarena, J.P. Crawford and Julio Rodriguez had two hits apiece for the Mariners, who have lost six of seven and 13 of 19.

Seattle starter Emerson Hancock gave up two runs and six hits in five innings, with three strikeouts and three walks.

The Mariners put two runners on base twice against Kelly but could not score as the D-backs built their lead.

Jorge Polanco and Arozarena singled to open the second inning, but Kelly got Rowdy Tellez to ground into a double play and struck out Miles Mastrobuoni.

Ben Williamson singled and Crawford walked to open the sixth inning ahead of the Mariners’ 2-3-4 hitters. Neither moved. Rodriguez struck out, Cal Raleigh flew out and Polanco grounded out.
