Logan Farrington scored in the seventh minute of stoppage time as visiting FC Dallas rallied late to escape with a 3-3 tie against St. Louis City on Sunday.

Simon Becher, Daniel Edelman and Carlo Holse scored for St. Louis (9-6-7, 34 points), which extended its franchise-record MLS unbeaten streak to 12 matches.

But St. Louis City came away disappointed as it surrendered a late 3-1 lead. Sebastien Ibeagha triggered the comeback for Dallas (9-6-7, 34 points) with a header in the 81st minute.

Jonathan Sirois had two saves as Dallas played its ninth straight MLS road match. During the span, Los Toros have gone 4-2-3.

Roman Burki had four saves for St. Louis, which has an 8-0-4 mark during its unbeaten streak. The run is the longest this season by any MLS team.

Both teams remain in a three-way tie with San Jose for fourth place in the MLS Western Conference.

St. Louis played direct from the start and used a long ball to take the lead in the 3rd minute. Becher shielded a defender as he received a pass at the top of the box before turning and firing a right-footed shot inside the left post for a 1-0 lead. It was the sixth goal this season for Becher.

FC Dallas got the equalizer in the 18th minute as Shaq Moore shook off close marking from Conrad Wallem and emerged with an open look on the left side of the box.

Moore’s right-footed blast was deflected by St. Louis defender Jaziel Orozco, and went into the top right corner for his first goal of the season.

St. Louis took the lead in the 43rd minute as Sirois batted a right-footed shot from the right side of the box by Becher. But Edelman beat a defender to the rebound and tucked a low left-footed shot inside the left post for a 2-1 lead.

St. Louis City upped their lead to 3-1 in the 64th minute on a transition play as Wallem crossed from the right flank to Holse, who scored into an open net for his first goal since joining St. Louis a month ago from Turkey’s Super Lig club Samsunspor.

After St. Louis controlled most of the match, Ibeagha gave Dallas a chance with his header in the 81st minute on a cross from Joaquin Valiente.

Then in stoppage time, Dallas got the equalizer as Petar Musa found Farrington open on the left side of the box. Farrington’s left-footed shot was inside the right post just moments before the final whistle.

It was the seventh goal this season for Farrington.
