The LA Galaxy re-signed defender Eriq Zavaleta to a one-year deal for the 2025 season on Thursday.
The veteran returns for his fourth season with the reigning MLS Cup champions and his 13th in the league.
Zavaleta, 32, has five goals and one assist in 160 matches with the Seattle Sounders (2013), Chivas USA (2014), Toronto FC (2015-21) and Galaxy.
The Galaxy will begin their title defense at home against expansion side San Diego FC on Feb. 23.
