Ilay Feingold delivered two goals and an assist, all in the second half, to propel the visiting New England Revolution to a 3-0 victory over CF Montreal in a steady rain on Saturday night.

Defender Peyton Miller, 17, scored the first goal of his MLS career and added an assist as the Revolution (6-4-5, 23 points) extended their MLS unbeaten streak to nine matches. The run started with four wins, followed by four draws.

Miller’s goal came in the 48th minute and broke up a scoreless match. It also came one day after Miller was called up to the U.S. Under-20 Men’s National Team for its training camp ahead of the FIFA U-20 World Cup in September in Chile.

Montreal (1-11-5, 8 points) played a man down after Giacomo Vrioni drew a red card in the 36th minute for his aggression in a touchline tussle with Revs defender Keegan Hughes.

It was the second loss for CF Montreal in the last four days. They are buried in last place in the Eastern Conference.

Before Vrioni was ejected for pulling down and kicking Hughes, Montreal had the better of the play. In the first half, the hosts outshot the Revs 8-2, though they put only one of the attempts on target against New England goalkeeper Aljaz Ivacic (two saves).

New England controlled the game in the second half, striking early in the period as Feingold crossed to Miller, who was just outside the left side of the penalty box. Miller one-timed a left-footed shot into the bottom right corner.

Miller, who turns 18 in November, is the youngest player on the U-20 roster. Saturday was his 18th MLS start in two seasons.

Feingold made it 2-0 in the 55th minute when he struck from the right side, blasting a left-footed shot into the center of the goal, beating Montreal keeper Jonathan Sirois (two saves).

Feingold added another goal in the 87th minute on a cross from Miller.

Feingold’s brace came three days after he scored his first MLS goal in a 1-1 draw, Wednesday against D.C. United.

Seven of the nine games in New England’s streak, including four of the wins, have come on the road. In June, each of the Revs’ three matches will be at home.
