New England Revolution midfielder Tomas Chancalay will undergo season-ending knee surgery in the coming weeks to repair a partial tear of his right ACL, the team announced Thursday.
Chancalay last played in a match on May 25, logging 11 minutes in New England’s 1-0 loss to New York City FC.
The 25-year-old Argentine has two goals and one assist in 12 matches (11 starts) this season. He has eight goals and an assist in 23 career matches (21 starts) since joining the Revolution on loan from Argentinian side Racing Club in August 2023.
