Boston Celtics power forward/center Kristaps Porzingis has been ruled out of Tuesday’s game against the host Golden State Warriors due to a left calf strain.
Porzingis, 28, is averaging 18.9 points, 6.8 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.6 blocks in 19 games (all starts) this season. He is in his first season with Boston after being acquired from the Washington Wizards via trade in June.
Porzingis is contributing 19.6 points, 7.9 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 1.8 blocks in 421 career games (420 starts) with the New York Knicks, Dallas Mavericks, Wizards and Celtics. He was selected by New York with the fourth overall pick of the 2015 NBA Draft.
