Memphis Grizzlies guard Ja Morant has been listed as week-to-week as he deals with a Grade 1 AC joint sprain in his right shoulder.
The Grizzlies made the announcement on Monday and said that further updates would be provided.
Morant sustained the injury during a 132-124 victory over the New Orleans Pelicans on Friday. He had 25 points, two rebounds and seven assists in 25 minutes of action before exiting in the third quarter.
In 20 games (all starts) this season, Morant, 25, has recorded averages of 21.2 points, 4.4 boards, 7.9 assists and 1.1 steals.
Memphis is off to a 22-11 start and will visit the Phoenix Suns on Tuesday night.
