Raptors sign C Bruno Fernando

Bruno Fernando

Center Bruno Fernando signed a contract with the Toronto Raptors on Sunday.

Financial terms were not disclosed for Fernando, who recorded 6.3 points and a career-high average of 4.3 rebounds in 45 games (two starts) last season with the Atlanta Hawks.

Fernando, 25, has averaged 4.0 points and 3.3 rebounds in 203 career games (19 starts) with the Boston Celtics, Houston Rockets and Hawks.
