The Sacramento Kings are waiving forward KZ Okpala on Saturday, ESPN reported.
He has not played since Jan. 28 and is scheduled to have season-ending knee surgery, per the report.
Okpala, 23, averaged 1.3 points and 7.1 minutes in 35 games (three starts) in his first season with the Kings.
He owns career averages of 2.3 points and 1.5 rebounds in 98 games (12 starts) with the Miami Heat (2019-22) and Sacramento.
