San Francisco’s Chase Center is reportedly the front-runner to host the 2025 NBA All-Star Game.
The Athletic reported Thursday that the NBA is close to selecting the home of the Golden State Warriors.
The 2024 All-Star Game is scheduled for Feb. 18 in Indianapolis.
The 18,000-seat Chase Center opened in 2019, replacing Oakland’s Oracle Arena as home of the Warriors.
The Bay Area last hosted the NBA’s midseason showcase in 2000. Tim Duncan of the San Antonio Spurs and Shaquille O’Neal of the Los Angeles Lakers were named the game’s Most Valuable Players.
