Tobias Harris and Tyrese Maxey scored 24 points apiece as the visiting Philadelphia 76ers opened the fourth quarter on a 20-4 run and pulled away for a 121-107 win over the Los Angeles Clippers on Sunday.

Cameron Payne had a season-high 23 points for Philadelphia (39-32), which led wire-to-wire and snapped a two-game losing skid. Kelly Oubre Jr. finished with 12 points and a season-high six assists, and Paul Reed had 10 points.

Kawhi Leonard and Norman Powell led Los Angeles (44-26) with 20 points apiece. Paul George scored 18 points, Ivica Zubac had 13 points and 10 rebounds, and James Harden finished with 12 points and 14 assists.

Philadelphia led 88-83 before holding the Clippers to four points in the first 5:34 of the fourth quarter. Payne hit a 3-pointer to put the Sixers up by 20 with 5:06 remaining to help the Sixers secure their fourth straight win over the Clippers.

Maxey had 19 points in the second half for Philadelphia, which bounced back from a 101-94 loss to the Los Angeles Lakers on Friday. The Sixers played without star Joel Embiid, who missed his 25th straight game with a left knee meniscus injury.

Harris scored 11 points in the opening quarter for the Sixers, who outscored the Clippers 41-29 while shooting 68 percent from the field and 7 of 9 from 3-point range.

Payne scored five straight points to cap a 14-4 run and give the Sixers a 50-33 lead with 9:43 left in the second quarter. The Clippers closed on a 10-2 run to cut the deficit to 63-56 at the half.
