Former McDonald’s All-American forward Sean Stewart committed to Oregon on Wednesday, his third team in three years.
Stewart started 30 games for Ohio State last season, averaging 5.7 points and 5.8 rebounds. He averaged 2.6 points and 3.2 rebounds in 33 games (zero starts) for Duke in 2023-24.
Stewart’s Buckeyes lost 73-71 to Oregon on Jan. 9 in Columbus, Ohio. He contributed 14 points, nine rebounds and two steals.
The 6-foot-9 Stewart, from Windermere Fla., was a five-star prospect in the 2023 recruiting class as ranked by the 247Sports composite.
