Parsa Fallah scored a game-high 24 points and led Oklahoma State to a 93-83 second-half comeback win over Sam Houston on Tuesday in Stillwater, Okla.

Anthony Roy contributed 20 points, Kanye Clary added 14 points and Jaylen Curry scored 10 points off the bench for Oklahoma State (8-0).

Po’Boigh King led Sam Houston (5-3) with 20 points, 17 which came in the first half. Isaiah Manning racked up 16 points, and Jacob Walker added 14 points.

Isaiah Coleman’s follow-up tip-in gave the Cowboys a 52-51 lead, and Clary followed up with a 3-pointer as Oklahoma State used a 10-0 run to take its first lead of the second half. The Bearkats didn’t sink a field goal for more nearly six minutes until Justin Begg hit a jumper that cut the Cowboys’ lead to 60-55.

Early on, the teams traded the lead. A step-back 3-pointer in the corner by King extended the Bearkats’ advantage to 23-17.

Roy’s hustle play to save the ball while falling out of bounds led to a Christian Coleman dunk, and Sam Houston went up 28-26. On the next possession, Roy capped a 7-0 run with a three-point play, and the Cowboys took a 29-28 lead. Oklahoma State ended the night with a 52-24 advantage on points in the paint.

A King 3-pointer snapped the rally, and the Bearkats took a lead they held through the rest of the half. Sam Houston drained 11 3-pointers in the first half, including a pair from King in the final two minutes, as they took a 44-37 halftime lead.

As Roy weaved through traffic for a layup, the Cowboys took a 70-60 lead with 8:42 left in the game. Jaxson Ford’s jump hook cut the Bearkats’ deficit to 79-77 with 4:02 to play.

Fallah was fouled as he made a layup with 36 seconds left to give Oklahoma State an 87-81 lead. He missed the ensuing free throw, but Lerteris Mantzoukas’ put-back secured the game for the Cowboys.
