Troy men’s basketball coach Scott Cross has agreed to a new four-year contract, ESPN reported Friday.
The deal reportedly includes a salary bump, more money for assistant coaches and additional budgetary support.
The Trojans posted their third consecutive 20-win season under Cross in 2023-24, finishing 20-12 after a loss to Texas State in the Sun Belt Conference tournament quarterfinals on Saturday.
Troy is the only team in the Sun Belt to record at least 20 wins overall with double-digit conference wins in each of the past three seasons.
Cross, 49, is 80-76 (43-45 Sun Belt) since taking the reins at Troy in 2019. He previously coached at Texas-Arlington for 12 seasons from 2006-18, compiling a 225-161 record with one NCAA Tournament appearance (2008).
