Unbeaten Tennessee and Auburn remained 1-2 in the Associated Press Top 25 poll released Monday as SEC teams held five of the top seven spots.
The Volunteers (10-0) earned 50 first-place votes while the Tigers (9-1) got 12 votes.
Iowa State (9-1) remained No. 3 while Kentucky (10-1) jumped a spot to four and Duke (8-2) rounded out the top five.
Alabama (8-2) moved to No. 6, followed by Florida (10-0), Kansas (8-2), Marquette (9-2) and Oregon (10-1).
UConn (8-3) climbed seven spots to No. 11 with a win over Gonzaga. Michigan (8-2) was the week’s biggest faller, dropping 10 spots with a loss to Arkansas.
Memphis (8-2) made a return to the poll at No. 21 while Dayton (9-2) made its first appearance of the season at No. 22. The Flyers defeated Marquette last week.
