Washington outlasts Minnesota to snap six-game skid

Tyler Harris scored 23 points, making all four of his 3-point attempts, as Washington snapped a six-game losing streak and earned its first Big Ten Conference road victory by defeating Minnesota 71-68 Saturday afternoon in Minneapolis.

After turning it over on three straight possessions, the Golden Gophers got one back and pulled within 67-66 on Garcia’s layup with 12 seconds left.
