Alexa Grasso held on to her women’s flyweight title on Saturday, fighting to a draw with Valentina Shevchenko in the main event at Noche UFC in Las Vegas.
Grasso (16-3-1) landed a total of 262 strikes, but the cards read 48-47, 47-48, 47-47 to prevent her from extending her winning streak in UFC bouts to six. Grasso’s last loss was on Sept. 21, 2019.
Shevchenko’s record now sits at 23-4-1.
Saturday’s fight was a rematch of a clash back on March 4, when Grasso prevailed by submission.
Also on Saturday, Jack Della Maddalena (16-2-0) defeated Kevin Holland (25-10-0) by split decision in a meeting of welterweights, with the cards reading 29-28, 28-29, 29-28.
Raul Rosas Jr. (8-1-0), Daniel Zellhuber (14-1-0) and Kyle Nelson (15-5-1) also prevailed in their respective bouts.
