Atlanta Falcons cornerback Billy Bowman Jr. (knee/hamstring) and Buffalo Bills receiver Curtis Samuel (neck/ribs) and tight end Dalton Kincaid (oblique) will all miss Monday night’s matchup in Atlanta. All three landed on the inactives list after being labeled as questionable to play in Saturday’s final injury report.

Kincaid is the Bills’ leading receiver through five games this season both in receiving yards (287) and touchdowns (three). Over 34 career games over the last three seasons, Kincaid, 25, has 1,408 receiving yards and seven TDs.

Samuel, 29, was a healthy scratch the first three weeks of the season before playing the last two weeks and recording three catches for 35 yards and a touchdown.

Bowman, a rookie fourth-round draft pick for Atlanta, has recorded 17 tackles, an interception, a forced fumble and two pass breakups in his first five NFL games.

Buffalo elevated safety Jordan Poyer and defensive tackle Jordan Phillips to the active roster for Monday’s game. The Falcons elevated cornerback Keith Taylor and wide receiver Deven Thompkins with receivers Darnell Mooney (hamstring) and Ray-Ray McCloud III inactive.
