PARIS — Simone Biles finished .033 behind Brazil’s Rebeca Andrade, who claimed the gold medal in the floor exercise at the Paris Olympics on Monday.
Biles won gold medals in the vault and all-around with Team USA in her rebound from the Tokyo 2020 Games and ran her career total to 11 medals with a silver in the floor exercise.
Andrade posted a winning score of 14.166 to best Biles at 14.133 with two landings out of bounds.
U.S. teammate Jordan Chiles took bronze following an inquiry that gave her a score of 13.766.
