The Denver Broncos placed tight end Greg Dulcich on injured reserve Saturday with a hamstring injury.
Dulcich had already been ruled out of Sunday’s Week 2 game against Washington. He injured his hamstring during last week’s loss to the Las Vegas Raiders.
Dulcich, 23, started last week’s game, catching two passes for 22 yards.
The Broncos selected Dulcich in the third round of the 2022 draft. He had 33 catches for 411 yards in 10 games (six starts) in 2022.
The Broncos elevated Dwayne Washington from the practice squad to the active roster for Sunday’s game.
Washington, 29, played the last five seasons in New Orleans. A mainstay on special teams, Washington has 592 career rushing yards and a TD in 83 games (two starts) for the Detroit Lions and Saints.
