Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Chris Godwin Jr. was added to the injury report due to an illness ahead of Saturday’s game against the visiting Carolina Panthers.
Godwin, however, does not have a game status and is expected to play for the Buccaneers (7-9), multiple media outlets reported.
He has 32 catches for 352 yards and two touchdowns in eight games (five) this season.
Godwin, 29, has 611 receptions for 7,618 yards and 41 touchdowns in 119 career regular-season games (89 starts) since being selected by Tampa Bay in the third round of the 2017 NFL Draft. He made the Pro Bowl in 2019 and has four 1,000-yard seasons.
