New York Giants rookie receiver Malik Nabers missed practice Friday with a groin injury and is questionable for Sunday’s game against Tampa Bay.
Nabers ranks second among NFL rookies in receptions (61) and is fourth in receiving yards (607) in eight games (seven starts). Both of those totals lead the Giants, as do his three touchdown receptions.
Nabers, 21, missed two games in October after sustaining a concussion in a Week 4 loss to the Dalla Cowboys.
New York drafted Nabers with the No. 6 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft out of LSU.
The Giants (2-8) begin the post-Daniel Jones era on Sunday with Tommy DeVito under center against the visiting Buccaneers (4-6).
