Joe Flacco threw two touchdown passes Sunday, including the game-winner in the fourth quarter as the Indianapolis Colts rallied for a 20-17 win over the Tennessee Titans in Nashville, Tenn.

Flacco, who was 22 of 38 for 189 yards and an interception, found Michael Pittman Jr. for a 5-yard strike on third-and-goal with 7:27 left as Indianapolis improved to 3-3.

Tennessee quarterback Will Levis, who made the start after leaving a 31-12 win at Miami Sept. 30, hit 16 of 27 passes for only 95 yards with a touchdown and a fourth quarter interception. It was his seventh pick and 10th turnover in five games for the Titans (1-4).

Colts star running back Jonathan Taylor (ankle) missed his second straight game.

Tony Pollard gave Tennessee a 17-10 advantage with 6:19 left in the third quarter on a 23-yard scoring jaunt on third-and-19. Pollard finished the day with a game-high 93 yards on 17 carries.

Matt Gay made a 23-yard field goal to start the fourth quarter, cutting the Titans’ lead to 17-13.

The Colts outgained the Titans 269-241. Tennessee also hurt itself with 11 penalties for 113 yards.

Making his second straight start in place of the injured Anthony Richardson (oblique), Flacco led Indianapolis to a 7-0 lead on the game’s opening march. The Colts converted three straight third downs before he found Josh Downs for a 23-yard touchdown.

Flacco’s next pass set up Tennessee’s first touchdown as he served up an interception that Amani Hooker returned 30 yards to the Indianapolis 27. Three plays later, Levis lobbed a 9-yard scoring strike to wide-open Nick Westbrook-Ikhine with 6:51 left in the quarter.

Nick Folk toed a 44-yard field goal early in the second quarter for a 10-7 Titans edge but Gay hit from 26 yards out with 19 seconds left in the half for a 10-10 tie at intermission.

Downs caught seven passes for 66 yards.
