Monday night’s game between the Los Angeles Kings and the Columbus Blue Jackets has been postponed due to severe winter weather in the Columbus area.
The game will be played on March 9 in Columbus with the time to be determined at a later date.
Heavy snow from a massive winter storm triggered a level 3 snow emergency in Franklin County (Ohio) that closed schools, libraries, community centers and businesses on Monday.
The Kings (21-16-13) are scheduled to visit the Detroit Red Wings on Tuesday, while the Blue Jackets (24-20-7) are next set to host the Philadelphia Flyers on Wednesday.
