Alyssa Thompson recorded a brace to lift visiting Angel City to a 2-1 victory over the San Diego Wave on Saturday.

Delphine Cascarino had a look at a potential equalizer one minute later, but her shot was blocked.
DiDi Haracic was forced to make just one save for Angel City. Kailen Sheridan made four saves for the Wave.
