The Chicago Red Stars have re-signed free agent midfielder Cari Roccaro to a two-year contract that runs through the 2025 season.
Roccaro signed with the Red Stars before last season and led the team with 25 starts out of the team’s 28 matches across the Challenge Cup and the NWSL. She also led the team with an 83.6 percent passing success rate.
Roccaro came to Chicago following stints with Angel City FC, Houston and North Carolina, where she won a pair of NWSL titles.
