Seattle Seahawks offensive tackle Abraham Lucas agreed to a three-year, $46 million contract extension with the possibility to earn more via incentives, NFL Network reported on Thursday.
Lucas, 26, was set to be a free agent after this season.
He started 16 games during his rookie season in 2022 before being limited to just 13 over the last two years due to a persistent knee issue.
The Seahawks likely expect a lot out of Lucas after releasing fellow offensive tackle George Fant in March. Fant signed in August with the Washington Commanders.
Lucas was selected by Seattle with a third-round pick in the 2022 NFL Draft out of Washington State.
