The Pittsburgh Steelers added safety Chuck Clark and guard Max Scharping to the active roster on Thursday.
Clark, 30, signed with the team in training camp following six seasons with the Baltimore Ravens (2017-22) and the last two with the New York Jets.
Clark has recorded five interceptions, 4.5 sacks, 453 tackles and two defensive touchdowns in 108 career games (75 starts) since Baltimore drafted him in the sixth round in 2017.
Scharping, 29, re-signed with the Steelers in April after appearing in two games (eight total snaps) with the team in 2024.
A second-round pick by Houston in 2019, Scharping has appeared in 81 games (33 starts) with the Texans (2019-21), Cincinnati Bengals (2022-23) and Steelers.
Pittsburgh also placed two 2025 draft picks, sixth-round quarterback Will Howard (hand) and seventh-round cornerback Donte Kent (foot/ankle), on injured reserve.
