Two-time All-Big Ten forward Serah Williams committed to UConn on Wednesday after three seasons at Wisconsin.
The 6-foot-4 Williams made her announcement on social media after visiting Storrs, Conn., on Monday. She chose the reigning champion Huskies over LSU and North Carolina.
Williams was the third-leading scorer in the Big Ten last season with 19.2 points per game. She averaged 16.4 points, 8.6 rebounds and 2.3 blocks in 91 career games (89 starts) for the Badgers.
She was the co-Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year in 2023-24 and also made the league’s All-Freshman Team in 2022-23.
Williams entered the portal after Marisa Moseley resigned last month as Wisconsin coach.
