UCLA wide receiver Theo Howard is transferring to Oklahoma.
Howard, who made the announcement via Instagram on Thursday, ranked second on the Bruins with 51 catches for 677 yards and four touchdowns in 2018, but was limited by wrist and hand injuries and appeared in only one game in 2019 — against the Sooners.
