Ryan Jeffers and Kody Clemens homered and Pablo Lopez tossed six innings of two-hit ball as the visiting Minnesota Twins extended their winning streak to 13 games with a 7-0 victory over the Milwaukee Brewers on Saturday night.

The winning streak is the longest for the Twins since a team-record 15 games in June 1991. It’s the longest single-season winning streak in the majors since Tampa Bay won 13 straight in 2023.

Lopez (4-2) allowed two singles, striking out six and walking two in a dominant 95-pitch outing.

Milwaukee was shut out for the fourth time in five games.

The Twins scored one run in each of the first four innings off Tobias Myers (1-1), who was tagged for 11 hits in 3 2/3 innings.

Jeffers staked the Twins to a 1-0 lead in the first with his third homer, sending an 0-1 pitch 420 feet to left-center.

The Twins added a run in the second when Royce Lewis opened with a double into the left-field corner, advanced on a groundout and scored on Christian Vazquez’s two-out single to right-center.

Jeffers doubled to open the third on a misplayed fly ball by left fielder Jake Bauers and Brooks Lee singled. Jeffers scored on Ty France’s single when right fielder Sal Frelick appeared to make a fully extended diving catch, but Frelick’s glove came off and the ball trickled out when he hit the warning track dirt.

Kody Clemens then singled to right, but Lee was thrown out by Frelick at home trying to score from second.

The Twins made it 4-0 in the fourth on three straight two-out singles by Trevor Larnach, Jeffers and Lee.

Clemens opened the fifth with his third homer to make it 5-0. Larnach tripled to open the sixth and scored on a sacrifice fly.

The Brewers loaded the bases with one out in the seventh against Twins reliever Justin Topa but failed to score.

DaShawn Keirsey Jr. added an RBI single for the Twins in the ninth.
